Printing Weekly Grids from a Browser

  1. Read the notes below and make the proper settings.
  2. View the grid you wish to print.
  3. Select Print from the File menu.

Note on Printing Background Colors

Internet Explorer does not print background colors unless you have this option selected. This option should be selected for the grid to print correctly. In Internet Explorer 4.x select Internet Options from the View menu. Then click on the Advanced tab sheet. Scroll down until you see the Printing category and then check "Print background colors and images".

Note on Paper Size

Depending on the length of the show names and how they wrap, the grid may only fit on legal size paper (8.5x14). Otherwise the browser will print the grid on two letter size pages.
