The day started off mild with lows near 60 degrees. But then as a cold front moved through, some rain showers followed and the temperatures dropped. Thanks to a fairly strong low pressure, northwesterly winds will be strong again from the northwest bringing colder air to our area. Expect high temperatures to climb only into the mid 60s on Friday and lows into Saturday in the mid 40s. Mostly sunny skies will return as well as a warmer wind by the end of the weekend bringing temperatures back into the mid 70s.

Labor Day looks to be pretty nice. Temperatures will be near 80 degrees with partly cloudy skies. The chance for rain will be quite late in the day and more into Tuesday, so it should make for an idea holiday for those off of work and school. Behind that front that will bring the rain into Tuesday temperatures will drop again into the mid 70s.
